Ryde City Council Holidays

Clean room, friendly staff, easy and free parking is a big YES to me when I visit friends in Sydney. stayed here a couple of times.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite for two nights for three people. The fold out bed is terrible with the mattress having springs / lumps everywhere. Very poor mattress for the money you pay. Room service food was the worst. I had a simple order of a ham and cheese toasted sandwich - it was burnt so I asked for a new unburnt one to be cooked. When it came back they had taken off one side and flipped the burnt side over. So it was burnt and uneditable - for $38 total. The Conciege service was outstanding. With so many options in Sydney for accomodation and if you know you will need a sofa bed and just want simple room service there are others choices

Everything was good except the restaurant.

Breaakfast was fine; great having a koala eating outside our room! Quite convenient to the city by ferry or bus. some good zoo adventures too.

Clean and tidy hotel. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Realised we didn’t get given the free welcome drinks as per our Expedia booking which was disappointing. We didn’t ask but it wasn’t offered either
